How do I register as a consignor?
If you would like to register for our next sale CLICK HERE. Please know that consignor registration is based on first come first served priority and we only allow up to 350 registered consignors due to space limitations.

Is there a limit on the number of items I can consign?
No, we don't place a limit on the number of items that consignors can bring. However, we do have a minimum of 20 items to consign.

Is there a minimum price per item?
Yes, the minimum price you can place on a tag is $0.50. If you would like to price an item for less than $0.50, we suggest you group it with other items to raise the price above our minimum. We also ask that you round off prices to the half dollar. Keep in mind that items sell best when priced 50%-75% off the retailed price. 

I'm having trouble logging in as a consignor?
Most login problem occur because of bookmarks. Most MySaleManager pages will not work properly when bookmarked. Always use the links provided on our website to navigate to the areas of MySaleManager that you wish to use. If this not the problem, please refer to the help Trouble Logging In document available by clicking HERE.

Do all items have to have a barcoded tag?
Yes, we require all items to have a bar coded tag using our new MySaleManager system. HANDWRITTEN TAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

What type of paper do I need to print tags?
We require WHITE CARD STOCK ONLY (65lb. or 67lb. card stock), no copy paper, to print your tags. Please don't use heavier paper that could soak up lots of ink because the barcode may not scan properly.

I made a mistake, can I make handwritten changes on my tags?
No, handwritten changes will not affect how the scanner reads the item. The price, consignor number, whether it is to discounted or donated will remain the same according to what the scanner reads in the barcode. If you need to make a change you will have to log back in and create a revised tag.

Is there a deadline for entering items into my inventory?
Yes, consignors have until 3:30pm on the Wednesday before sale to enter items into inventory. After this deadline, the system will be closed and cannot be reopened. Consignors that have not entered inventory after this deadline will be considered No Shows.

Do I have to enter all my inventory and print my tags all at once?
No. Our new system allows you to enter your inventory as often as you like and provides the flexibility to print tags as you go or once you entered all your inventory. 

Nothing happens when I try to print tags.
The most common problem is your popup blocker is turned on. A simple way to stop the popup blocker is to hold down the CTRL key when you click to print. This will disable the popup blocker for that link. You will need to do this each time you click to print. For a more permanent solution, check this link to disable your popup blocker: Click Here.

My tags are printing off the page or the words look like jibberish.
This is usually an issue using Firefox or Safari web browsers. The best solution is to use Internet Explorer only when printing tags.

When is the sale open to the public?
We are open to the public on Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 1pm. Volunteers are invited to shop our preview sale on Thursday evening. Click on our Volunteer Page for more details on how you can shop early before the public.

Is there an admission fee?
No, St. Paul's Kids Consignment Sale free for all shoppers.

What methods of payment to you accept?
We accept cash and checks with a valid ID.
